For website platform development and maintenance services, the Controller uses Federico Benedetti, VAT number 02848690414, and Gianmarco Giovagnoli, VAT number 02848680415, as technical providers and data processors within the limits of the data access provided for by the assignment.

The personal data collected is also processed by the Controller’s personnel, acting on the basis of specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of the processing.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The relevant request to the Authority is submitted by contacting the Controller at the details given above.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data concerning them carried out through this website infringes the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante (Italian Data Protection Authority), as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to bring the matter before the competent courts (Article 79 of the Regulation).
